When truth stumbles in the public square, are you ready to empower your church to stand, speak out, and make a difference?
Pastor Brian Noble introduces a Pastor to Pastor episode centered on the theme of “speaking to culture.” Using Isaiah 59:12–16, he highlights how moral confusion and injustice in society reflect a deeper spiritual problem—transgressions and truth being abandoned. Brian urges pastors to lead calls for repentance within the church, believing this transformation radiates outward and affects the entire public square.
He discusses the reality that many in churches spend most of their week immersed in non-Christian environments, often feeling pressure for their convictions. To help, Brian introduces FPIW’s strategic three-month look-ahead guide, which offers yearly outreach themes (like “Farmer Month” or “Skilled Labor Month”), sample events, and sermon ideas to keep churches engaged in public and civic life. He encourages hosting events like “meet the candidate” nights and “bring your Bible to work/school day” to foster practical faith engagement in the community.
The episode closes with a prayer of encouragement for pastors, asking for boldness, wisdom, and compassion to equip their people to become salt and light. Pastor Brian emphasizes that with planning, unity, and spiritual grounding, pastors can help shape the cultural climate—empowering families and individuals to defend biblical values across Washington State. A final encouragement promotes the Washington Defender app as a way to connect, organize, and amplify the voice of like-minded families and churches statewide.
